BEFORE ASKING A QUESTION ABOUT THE HALL, PLEASE CHECK THE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS PAGE TO SEE WHETHER YOUR QUESTION HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED.
 
Orsett Village Hall is managed by a team of volunteers who are not available on a day to day basis. You can book online from January 2019. You cannot make a booking over the phone or by email.
 

Book Online:

  You can now check availability and book online.

Changes to your booking:

  You cannot make a change to your booking over the phone or by email.

Paying your balance:

  Your balance is due 6 weeks before your event. You will not get a reminder. Please bring cash or cheque to the Annexe meeting room of the hall on Monday evenings (not Bank Holidays) between 7:45 and 8:30. When you pay the balance, you will also be required to pay a 150 cash security deposit in cash for all bookings made, even children's parties. This will be returned to your account by BACS payment after your event, as long as the hall is left in the condition in which it was found as the per our terms and conditions, which will be given to you at the time of booking. If the hall is not left in a satisfactory condition, you will forfeit the full amount. When you turn up at the time of your event the keyholder will run through a short checklist of what is required of you as a hirer, and you will be asked to sign this agreement.
   

Emergencies on the day of your booking:

  If you have already made a booking, your terms & conditions will contain the emergency contact number for the Keyholder. The keyholder cannot help with any changes to your booking time or day.
